Trust Sweet Iron Beval, eliptical

The Sweet Iron Beval by Trust is a eliptical loose ring bit with two integrated half rings. The cheek piece is attached to the upper half ring and the reins can be attached to the lower half ring or the large ring, depending on the desired effect. If the reins are attached to the large ring, pressure is created to lower the head and if they are attached to the lower half ring, a slight leverage effect is created. The double-broken mouthpiece has a special Sweet Iron alloy which forms surface rust when in contact with moisture. This rust tastes sweet to horses, so that the bit is much better accepted and accepted. The Beval is versatile due to its different application possibilities.

Note: When not in use, a thin orange-brown layer of rust will develop on the mouthpiece, this can be removed with a damp cloth and does not represent a quality defect!
