Trust Sweet Iron Loose Ring Bit Medium Port

This model of loose ring bradoon is made by Trust and has a bar bit with medium tongue freedom. The curvature provides more space for the tongue, so that the pressure on the middle is reduced. The bit is ideal for horses that stick out their tongue or have a particularly sensitive tongue. In addition, the mouthpiece has a Sweet Iron alloy which forms rust when it comes into contact with moisture. This rust tastes sweet to most horses, so that the acceptance of the bit is significantly increased. At the same time, salivation and chewing activity are stimulated.The side piece is a water snaffle, which means it consists of freely movable rings. In this model the rings are smaller, which results in less movement in the bit and more direct rein aids.  

Note: When not in use, a thin layer of orange-brown rust will develop on the mouthpiece, this can be removed with a damp cloth and is not a quality defect!
