Trust Weymouth Inno Sense Port

The Trust Inno Sense Weymouth has long shanks and a mouthpiece with tongue freedom. The special feature of the mouthpiece is the synthetic material that surrounds the stainless steel core. This makes the bit softer than just stainless steel and is especially comfortable for young and mouth sensitive horses. The arch in the bar provides sufficient tongue clearance and takes pressure off the center of the tongue. The plastic is food safe, without plasticizers and therefore poses no risk to the health of humans or animals. The mouthpiece is available in medium, slightly flexible and in hard, hardly flexible. The Weymouth bit is used in combination with a underlay snaffle and a chin chain. The chin chain is mandatory to prevent too wide rotation in the horse's mouth. The shanks are very long with a length of 7,0 cm, which creates a great leverage effect. The movable side pieces provide a pumping effect which increases the movement of the bit. A double bridle can be found in the higher dressage sport and belongs only in experienced, fine rider hands.
