Material

• outer material: nylon

Directions

• for use soak for 2-4 hours before first use or after prolonged storage in dry place
• residues may form on the surface of the therapy boots, which are not harmful and may enhance the cooling effect before use, soak in cold water for at least 1 hour (protect from direct sunlight)
• the colder the water, the better the effect
• can be put wet in the refrigerator, but never freeze the therapy boots
• the Velcro fasteners must be tightened, starting at the top and when they are in position, readjustment is necessary
• the best therapeutic effect is achieved after several 20-30 minute applications
• allow therapy boots to dry out before storage
• soak for 2-3 hours after prolonged inactivity
