Trust Sweet Iron 2,5-Ring Bit with Brass Rings

The 2,5-ring bit with brass rings is made by Trust and is handcrafted from high-quality materials. The side piece has several rings, the cheek piece is fastened in the upper ring and the rein can be fastened in the large or lower ring depending on the desired effect. It should be noted that the further down the rein is attached, the sharper the bit becomes, as the leverage is greater. The mouthpiece is double broken and has loose brass rings in the middle. These rings encourage the horse to play with the bit, increasing tongue activity and allowing the jaw to relax more. Saliva production is naturally encouraged by the Sweet Iron alloy, as it forms sweet-tasting surface rust for horses when it comes into contact with moisture. As a result, the bit is also very well accepted and appreciated. The 2,5-ring bit is ideal for horses that go against the hand and become very strong in the course.

Note: When not in use, a thin, orange-brown layer of rust will develop on the mouthpiece. This can be removed with a damp cloth and does not represent a quality defect!
