Trust Sweet Iron Pony Loose Ring Bit, Jointed

The single broken pony loose ring bit is made by Trust and is adapted to the needs and size of ponies. The loose rings allow the bit to move more freely in the mouth and the rider's aids are more indirect. It is advisable to use bit rings so that you do not pinch any skin folds due to the movable rings. The standard single-broken mouthpiece has a hinge point, so that the main pressure is exerted on the interdental space and the sides of the tongue. In addition, the Sweet Iron alloy ensures a high level of acceptance, as it forms surface rust, which tastes sweet to horses. In this way, chewing activity and saliva production are also stimulated.

Note: When not in use, a thin, orange-brown layer of rust will develop on the mouthpiece, this can be removed with a damp cloth and does not represent a quality defect!
